ROB WILSON
ABOUT
Rob Wilson is a human performance specialist with over two decades of experience coaching elite performers. He’s taught his signature Check Engine Light curriculum to over 600 active-duty and veteran special operators through the Navy SEAL Foundation and has worked with allied special forces, professional athletes, and high-performance organizations around the world. Rob also mentors coaches through the ALTIS Master’s in Strength & Conditioning program, where he supports the next generation of leaders in performance and sport.

At the heart of his work is a simple mission: to increase health and performance literacy for people who operate under pressure. Whether he’s consulting with Olympic athletes, tactical professionals, or executives, Rob’s focus is on building durable, adaptable humans—people who can thrive in demanding environments without burning out. His approach blends science, story, and practical tools to help individuals better interpret the signals their bodies send—so they can respond with intention and perform when it matters most.

Rob is also an avid martial artist and surfer as well as a devoted husband and father. When he's not nose deep in research you can find him on the mat or with his wife and their many animals.
